Setup Process
Follow these steps to connect your school's Google Sheets and Drive with CareCircles
Copy the Database Sheet into Your Google Drive
Copy the following sheet to your own Google Drive
Prepare Your Data for Setup
Below are the mutable and immutable columns for preparing your data.
Immutable Columns:
• First Name, Last Name
• Epinephrine, Inhaler, Glucagon, NoSwim
Flexible Columns:
• All other columns can be renamed
• Custom sections allowed
• Admin-only visibility options
Fill the Form
The setup form is present below, Fill it out then follow the rest of setup steps.
Login to Google
Login to Google Account using the credentials (Email & Password) provided after the form submission.
Your email will look like:
{SCHOOL_DOMAIN}@carecircles.co
⚠️ Important: We do not store these credentials in our system. Please keep them safe, as you'll need them for managing access in the future
Share Google Sheets & Actions
Share your prepared Main Students, Authorized Users Google Sheets and Action Plans folder/Shared Google Drive with the provided CareCircles email.
Share Google Sheets and Action Plans with view-only permission via email.

• Google Sheets: View-only access
• Action Plans folder/Shared Drive: View-only access
• Share Google Folder or Shared Drive that contains all the action plans
Verify Google Sheets & Action Plans
Login back to the CareCircles provided google account and confirm that both google sheets and action plans are accessible in Google Drive.
Share access with this email:

Setup Completed
Setup has been completed. Now you are good to go. Authorized can login to the CareCircles app using their School provided email address
Email address should belongs to the domain that was provided in the setup form.
