These terms and conditions apply to the CareCircles app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Circle Apps LLC (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or any part of it, including our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to keeping the Application as useful and efficient as possible. Thus, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Application or its services without clearly explaining the reason for such charges in advance.
The Application includes an optional in-app feedback system, allowing users to submit bugs, suggestions, or feedback, which is handled via a third-party provider (Wiredash). This system does not collect any user information unless voluntarily submitted by the user.
We strongly advise you not to jailbreak or root your device, which removes software restrictions and could expose your device to security vulnerabilities. Doing so may result in the Application not functioning properly or at all.
Data & Security
The Application interacts with user-provided data strictly for the purpose of enabling access to school-specific features. All school data remains under the control of the respective institutions. The Service Provider does not store or retain any school or user data on its own servers. Access to school data is facilitated through secure APIs provided by the schools themselves with the secure Authentication.
To ensure the security of your data, the Application transmits all information over secure HTTPS/TLS protocols. Authentication is handled through Google Workspace accounts issued by schools, and access is additionally protected using biometric authentication each time the user opens the app.

Limitations of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for any functionality issues caused by lack of a stable internet connection or if your device is not compatible with the Application. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the Application. If you are using the Application while roaming or on a mobile data connection, your carrier’s fees may apply.
Additionally, you are responsible for keeping your device secure. The Service Provider will not be held responsible if your device is compromised, resulting in restricted access to the Application.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, but relies on schools and external systems for data. Therefore, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the information presented in the Application.
Updates & Termination
The Application may be updated periodically to reflect changes in features or compatibility with newer versions of operating systems. You agree to accept all such updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, (a) all rights granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to check this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any updates by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page.
